This appeal is preferred by claimants challenging the judgment and award dated 31.8.2012 passed by Reference Court in L.A.R.No.266 of 2000.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that connected First Appeal No.600 of 2014 with First Appeal No.604 of 2014 are already admitted by this court on 19.8.2014 and 20.8.2014.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and as connected matters are already admitted, following order is passed:

a) Admit.
