Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the Respondent.

Ms.Velankar, Learned counsel for the appellant states that they are having instructions to withdraw the present first appeal. She submits that appellant has given written communication which is dated 26/5/2018

She handover the said communication addressed by appellant Smt Shevanta Ramgonda Patil to Mr.Limaye, learned counsel for the Respondent. She requested that it be taken on record. Accordingly, it is taken on record and marked as document "A" for the purpose of identification. 3.

Since the learned counsel submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present appeal and other side has no objection for the same, Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. All interim orders, if any stands vacated with no costs. Needless to mention that all Civil Applications are also disposed of.
