The applicants were granted interim relief by an order dated 9.11.2017. The Learned APP. on instructions from Shri. Suesh N.Parit, ASI from Tokawade Police Station submitted that the investigation of the present crime is completed and the police have already submitted charge sheet before the Court of Competent jurisdiction. He further on instructions submitted that during the course of investigation no material as against the present applicants has been found showing their complicity in the present crime. Inter alia, it is the submission of the learned APP. that there is no evidence as against the applicants for arraigning them as accused in the present crime and therefore, the apprehension of arrest of applicants as of today is without any basis.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by Order dated 9.11.2017 is confirmed. However, the directions to attend the concerned police station is hereby waived. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
