Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions makes a statement that the petitioner is already retired in the current year and therefore, he is not pressing this petition however, seeking liberty to make representation on all counts to the concerned respondent Nos. 1 and 2. In the interest of justice, therefore, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take out the representation within two weeks from today. The respondents to consider the same within eight weeks thereafter. 3) Petition is disposed off keeping all points open. 4) Rule is discharged accordingly.
