Ms. Goswami submitted that by order dated 10.10.2018, application for bringing the L.Rs. of respondent No.1 was allowed. Amendment was to be carried out within one week and after the amendment this Court issued notices to the legal heirs returnable on 27.11.2018.

Ms. Goswami submitted that inadvertently amendment in the Second Appeal is not carried out. She assures that on or before Friday, 2nd November, 2018, she will carry out the amendment.

In view thereof, the time stipulated in the order dated 10.10.2018 is extended upto and inclusive of 2.11.2018. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the legal heirs of respondent No.1, returnable on 19.12.2018. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Deshmane(PS)
