The petitioner's grievance is that twice he had filed complaint i.e. on 30th October, 2014 and 9th November, 2014 addressed to Police Commissioner, Pune. The petitioner is referring to an occurrence Report dated 9th November, 2014.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that police has not taken cognizance of his complaints since last two and half years.

The petitioner is entitled to appear before the Police Officer attached to Hadapsar police station and submit his complaint. On submission, we direct the concerned officer to look into the matter and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4.
