Learned Advocate for the appellant has tendered the affidavit executed by the appellant. The said affidavit dated 14th March, 2022 mentions that the appellant has been released from prison. He do not wish to continue with the appeal. The victim is already married. The affidavit is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant do not want to pursue this appeal and since he has undergone sentence, the appeal be disposed off as infructuous.

In view of submission, Criminal Appeal No.1066 of 2015 is disposed off as infructuous. Criminal application No.799 of 2019 is disposed off.
