This application is taken out for releasing applicant on bail. 2.
Considered fact that the Special Judge Pune in Special (Child) Sessions Case No.442/2015 had convicted applicant for an offence punishable under section 354 of IPC and he was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year with fine of Rs.1000/- in default to suffer further R.I. for one month and also considering the fact that the sentence is only of one year and the applicant was in jail since 8th March, 2015 to 23rd March, 2015 for which set off had already been given and the fine amount is already deposited. 1/2

In these circumstances, the applicant can be released on bail. Hence, I pass following order;
:: ORDER ::
(i) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.158 of 2015 registered with Pimpri Police Station, Pune on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) and on furnishing one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Pune.
(ii) The applicant will not tamper with the prosecution witnesses nor influence them, while he is on bail. (iii)The applicant will also not contact any of the family members of the victim as long as he is on bail. (iv)Application no. 1457 of 2017 is disposed of. [SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.] 2/2
