The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the parties are personally present before this Court. Both the learned counsel submit that they propose to move the trial Court for conversion of the petition for divorce into the petition for divorce by mutual consent. Hence, the parties are at liberty to approach the trial Court and file appropriate proceedings. Parties to appear before the Court at Bhiwandi on 6th July, 2015.
