This is a second bail application as the first bail application was rejected by this court on 24.6.2015. A liberty was given to move another bail application after six months. In fact, it is a third bail application as the second bail application was dismissed for default. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant-accused submits that there is a change of circumstance as the trail has not yet begun and the applicant-accused is acquitted in C.R. No.160 of 2014. 1 / 2

Learned Prosecutor while opposing this application has pointed out that Sessions Case No.87 of 2015 in which the accused has made this bail application, is pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Baramati, wherein he has asked for extension of six months. A learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 19.10.2016 has extended the time by six months from that day to complete the trial.

Under such circumstances, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second/third bail application, which is accordingly rejected.
