The father of the applicant expired on 2/9/2019. He was permitted death parole on 3/9/2019 which was valid for 10 days. He did not avail it. On 16/9/2019 he wrote a letter to this Court seeking extension of time for his release.

In letter he pointed out that his attendance was necessary for 40th day function.
