By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction againt the respondent No.1 to shift the cut off date of 01.07.2017 to 03.10.2017,for considering the voters for the election to the Grampanchayat.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states, by referring to the order of the State Election Commission dated 03.11.2017 that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed as the State Election Commission has decided to consider 30.10.2017 as the cut off date for endorsing the final

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
