Mr. Mendadkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is restricting this petition to the relief that respondent No.2-Committee be directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 15/11/2022. He submits that the Admission Notice published by the State Common Entrance Test AJN

2/2 03 WP-12821.22.odt Cell, Maharashtra State shows that, inter alia, Tribe Validity Certificate is to be submitted on or before 17/11/2022 upto 03.00 p.m. He states that the petitioner has been granted admission to the First Year of MBA/MMS Degree course during Academic Year 2022-23 and, therefore, he is required to produce the same on 17/11/2022 upto 03.00 p.m.

Learned A.G.P., after taking instructions, states that the petitioner's tribe claim will be decided by respondent No.2Committee on or before 15/11/2022. 3.

In view of this, other prayers are not pressed. 4.

The writ petition is disposed off.
