Mr. Mendadkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is restricting this petition to the relief that respondent No.2-Committee be directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 07/11/2022. He submits that the Provisional Allotment Status published by the State Common AJN

2/2 04 WP-12822.22.odt Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State shows that, inter alia, Tribe Validity Certificate is to be submitted on or before 09/11/2022 upto 03.00 p.m. He states that the petitioner has been granted admission to the First Year of Engineering Degree course during Academic Year 2022-23 and, therefore, he is required to produce the same on 09/11/2022 upto 03.00 p.m. 2.

Learned A.G.P., after taking instructions, states that the petitioner's tribe claim will be decided by respondent No.2Committee on or before 07/11/2022. 3.

In view of this, other prayers are not pressed. 4.

The writ petition is disposed off.
