The petitioners are seeking direction to respondent No.1 to take congnizance of their complaints dated 18th May, 2012, 7th February, 2014, 8th February, 2014, 9th February, 2014 and 12th February, 2014. The said complaints are annexed to "Exhibit B" page 14 of the petition. 2.

Mr. Saste, learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned - Mr. A. M. Rane, PSI, Charkop Police Station, Mumbai, makes a statement that the petitioners' grievance made in the said complaints shall be looked into and an appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of seven days from today and the same shall be communicated to the petitioners.
