P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that a Review Petition (Lodg.) No. 1686 of 2017 has been filed before the learned District Judge, Pune. In view of the same, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application with liberty to file again after the decision in the Review Petition.

The Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The parties will appear before the learned District Judge, Pune on 3 April 2017. The learned District Judge is requested to dispose of the Review as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of the appearance of the parties. 3.
The Applicant will deposit the arrears, if any, in the District Court, Pune within period of two weeks from today. Subject to such deposit, till the disposal of the Review Petition and two weeks thereafter, the decree will not be executed against the Applicant.
