Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner had challenged the order passed by learned Family Judge for allowing the access for Diwali vacation. Now, Diwali vacation is over. Hence, petition has become infructuous and appropriate order be passed.

Rameshwar Dilwale 6.WP.12827.22.odt application filed by the respondent for access of child is pending before Family Court and respondent be given compensatory access.

I have heard both learned counsel. Considering the submission of the petitioner that petition has become infructuous, the petition is dismissed and disposed of. 5.
