Heard. This application is preferred by original opponent for condonation of 211 days delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 04/01/2011 passed by the MACT Satara in MACP No.191/2010.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Hence, there is no substance in the present Application. Same be dismissed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 211 days which is occurred in filing the abovesaid First Appeal.

(B) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.

(C) Office is directed to place the First Appeal along with Civil Application No.4349/2014 on board on 21/01/2015.
