This is an application filed by the applicant through Jail seeking his enlargement on bail or the alternative for early hearing of his appeal, being Criminal Appeal No.541 of 2014. 2.

Without going into the merits, as to whether the applicant is entitled to bail or not, the prayer for expeditious disposal of the applicant's appeal is allowed.
