In this application the Applicants have asked for cancellation of bail which was granted vide order dated 29/06/2018 passed by the Special Judge (under MPID), Pune in Criminal Bail Application No.2460 of 2018 in respect of C.R.No.347/2017 registered at Shivaji Nagar police station under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. Heard Mr. Bharat Ghadavi, learned counsel for the Applicant, Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 and Smt. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State. 3.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 submitted that all these Respondents are no more accused in the subject matter. He tendered copies of two orders. The first is order below Ex.34 in MPID Case No.8 of 2018 concerning the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the other order is passed below Ex.167 in the same MPID Case No.8 of 2018. Copies of both these orders are taken on record and marked ' X' and '

X-1' for identification. The Investigating Officer had filed a report u/s 169 of Cr.P.C. in favour of these Respondents. The operative part mentions that the report u/s 169 of Cr.P.C. against them was accepted.

In view of this, nothing further survives in this application and therefore the application is disposed of as having rendered infructous.
