P.C. :- This Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying for his release on conditional bail during the pendency of Criminal Appeal No.663 of 2014. The Appeal filed by the Applicant alongwith the other companion Appeals are already listed before the Court for final hearing. 2.

The learned APP had made available to us the report of the Medical Officer which indicates that the complaint of the ailment of the Applicant has been attended to by the Jail Hospital of the Nasik Central Prison, Nasik. We are satisfied that the treatment which has been given to the

APPA 1531.14.sxw Applicant for his ailment. In our opinion therefore, this is not a case for granting conditional bail to the Applicant. While dismissing the Application, we however direct that the Prison Authorities shall ensure that the Applicant gets proper treatment from the Jail Hospital and if necessary, from an Orthopedic Hospital in Nasik.

Application is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid directions.

Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the Applicant quantified at Rs.2,000/-.
