This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of the appellant on record. There is delay of 482 days in filing the present application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to condone the delay subject to payment of cost to the High Court Legal Services Authority. 4.
In view of the no objection and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the present application stands condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today.
