This is an application for modification of order dated 1st August 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1033 of 2017.

The applicant was granted bail in CR No.386 of 2016 registered with Dindoshi Police Station. While allowing the application for bail the applicant was directed to attend Dindoshi Police Station once in a month on the first day of the month between 11 am to 1 pm till further orders.

Apparently the applicant has attended the police station in accordance with aforesaid order. The copies of acknowledgements with respect to attendance indicate that the applicant has attended the police station from 1st September 2017 till 1st October 2018. The applicant is resident of Nagpur. The applicant has annexed Aadhar
2 of 2 922.APPP.1214.2018.doc Card as proof of his residence. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that attending police station causes hardship as applicant is resident of Nagpur. It is further submitted that the applicant has been complying with other conditions including attending the Court proceedings and he shall continue to do the same. 4.
Learned APP submits that after October-2018 the applicant has not attended police station. Considering the fact that the applicant has been complying the order since September-2017 and in the light of the fact that the applicant is resident of Nagpur, condition of attendance can be relaxed, and it is relaxed accordingly. The applicant shall, however, comply other conditions and attend the Trial Court on the date of hearing of the case in accordance with the order dated 1st August 2017. Criminal Application No.1214 of 2018 is disposed off.
