Prisoner in jail sought furlough. That application could not be decided since the prisoner was to go to place Pratapgad in U.P.. 2.

Learned APP has pointed out that by various letters right from letter dated 21/2/2019 till 5/8/2019 Superintendent of Police, Pratapgad has been requested to submit a report. That report is still not received. 3.

In this situation, we find that interest of justice can be met with by directing Superintendent of Pratapgad Police to submit suitable report in response to letters sent by Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison to him within a period of 8 weeks after communication of this order. 4.

Superintendent Nashik Road Central prison to communicate this order to Police Superintendent, Pratapgad, U.P.

With these directions, we dispose of the writ petition. Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail.
