Learned counsel for the applicants in the present civil application seeks leave to amend the application. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of original respondent on record. There is delay of 223 days in filing the present application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the proposed respondents/non-applicants has no objection to condone the delay subject to payment of cost to the High Court Legal Services Authority.

In view of the no objection and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the present application stands condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Leave to amend so as to bring the legal heirs of original respondent on record. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

If the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 4 March 2024. 7.
