Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel appearing for the original complainant.

On 15/10/2019, the applicant is admitted to the interim protection. He was directed to report to the Investigating Officer on the given dates. Learned APP states that in furtherance of the said order, the applicant has attended the police station and the investigation is complete. In such circumstances, order dated 15/10/2019 is made absolute, subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall continue to render his co-operation in the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for.
