The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that as per order dated 31 March 2015, Bhatta charges were not paid and copies were not furnished, the First Appeal alongwith Civil Application was dismissed. He submits that there is delay in filing this Application for restoration of appeal. The delay be condoned, as it was a clerical mistake. He further submits that the Applicant is ready to comply with the Bhatta charges within a period of one week.
