Heard with assistance of the learned APP. Nominal roll produced by the learned APP is retained on record as Exhibit - A. Prayer of prisoner on 19th September 2017 is to transfer him out of Thane Central Prison.

As per the learned APP he is already transferred to Kalyan Central Prison. Nominal roll mentions that on 24th May 2019 he is sent to Kalyan Central Prison.

We therefore find that petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.

Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
