Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that in terms of the order dated 6 October 2023, the applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. The Applicant has also deposited Rs.50,000/- in this Court.

In view of the aforesaid development and for the reasons which weighed with this Court in granting interim relief, the order of interim bail deserves to be made absolute.

Hence, the order of interim bail dated 6 October 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 5.

The applicant shall henceforth appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the applicant be transferred to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate exercising jurisdiction over the Amboli Police Station. The Metropolitan Magistrate is requested to invest the said amount in an interest bearing account and the said amount shall abide the final outcome of the proceedings arising out of C.R.No.552 of 2023 . 8.

The Application stands disposed.
