The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 111 days in filing the First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 National Insurance Company opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 111 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. BGP.
