The applicants were admitted to the interim protection by order dated 11/10/2019 recording that though the C.R. had invoked Section 307 of the IPC, the injury was a simple injury. Learned APP, on the basis of the instructions, confrmed the said aspect that the injury received was a simple injury. 3.

Since the order is in operation since 11/10/2019 and the investigation is complete, the order stands confrmed subject to the stipulation that the applicants shall continue to render all their co-operation in investigation and report to the police station as and when called for.
