Heard with assistance of the learned APP. Letter dated 6th September 2017 makes a grievance that prisoner is not being produced in Court.

The learned APP submits that after this letter trial has commenced and 19th witness is being examined by prosecution. In this situation, it is apparent that grievance may not now survive. However, by way of abundant precaution, we direct the Superintendent of Thane Central Prison to produce him before the trial Court on next date of hearing with copy of this order of the High Court. Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
