The grievance of the petitioner in his application dated 25.09.2017 was for seeking exemption from payment of fine amount of Rs. 50,000/-. However, learned APP submits report dated 16.06.2022 which states that the petitioner now stands released after completion of his sentence since 08.12.2018. The report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist.
