Since the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 13th April, 2019. It is submitted that trial may be expedited. 2.

Learned APP submitted that charge has been framed against applicant in this case. Several cases under the provision of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act pending before the Trial Court.

O R D E R

Trial Court shall make endeavor to conclude the trial within nine months. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly.
