Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor (Judicial), Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, in Sessions Case No. 103 of 2013 alongwith Sessions Case No. 666 of 2013, statements of Accused persons under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been already recorded. That, the said cases are now scheduled for hearing arguments of learned Advocates appearing for Accused persons. 2.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
