ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the Review Petitioners and learned Counsel for the Respondents/State, We find no error apparent in the order under review dated 24 August 2018. The fact that in the order under review the date of letter of allotment has been recorded as '14 March 1967' instead of '14 March 1997' on the basis of incorrect statement made by the Review Petitioners in their Writ Petition, does not advance the case of the Petitioners any further. It is an admitted position that the acquisition itself is of the year 1967. Even otherwise, no case for review is made out. On the request of learned Counsel for the Review Petitioners, we recall the direction for payment of costs as it is pointed out that four of the Petitioners are servicemen serving the armed forces. 1/2 Sudarshan R.
