Learned advocate for applicant, on instructions, submit that applicant has been granted temporary bail on account of pandemic situation and presently he is on bail.

In view of aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty prefer fresh application for bail as and when applicant is required to surrender or taken into custody. In view of the submission, the bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail as and when applicant surrenders or taken into custody on expiry of temporary bail.
