This Civil Application is by the claimant for withdrawal of the compensation of Rs.30,000/- awarded to him for the injuries sustained in the motor vehicle accident and the interest at the rate of 7% p.a. on the amount from the date of the application till deposit. 2).

Considering the quantum of the amount, the application is allowed. On the applicant filing an Undertaking that he will bring the amount to the Court, in the event, the applicant succeeds in the appeal, the Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. (SMT. R.P.
