The Petitioners have approached this Court praying for direction to the Respondent to reinstate them in services. 2.

Mr. Harit, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners were initially granted caste certificate. However, the certificates which were issued to them through agent were not found to be valid. He further submits that, now FIR against the agent is lodged and the Petitioners are now in possession of genuine caste certificate which are sent to scrutiny committee in the year 2013. 1/2

In any case as of today, the Petitioners are not having a validity certificate issued to them by a competent authority holding them to be belonging to reserve category. In that view of the matter, relief claimed by the Petitioners cannot be granted. 4.

The Petitioners may renew their request as and when they are in possession of the validity certificate.

Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed.
