The contempt alleged is of the order passed by the School Tribunal dated 16-8-2011. The Petitioner has a remedy by way of executing the said order passed by the School Tribunal by invoking Section 13 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools Act. Hence by relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Contempt Petition is disposed of.
