By an Order dated 23.1.2018 the applicants were granted interim relief.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel appearing for the first informant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that, in pursuance of the Order

dated 23.1.2018 the applicants have deposited the said amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs each within stipulated period mentioned therein. Thus, the custody of the applicants for recovery of the amount alleged to have been defalcated by them is not necessary.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 23.1.2018 is hereby confirmed.
