By these Petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 6.10.2015 passed by learned Judge, presiding over Court room No.8 of Bombay City Civil Court at Greater Mumbai in Chamber

2/2 905&906-wp.12076&12310-15.doc Summons No.271 of 2015 in Long Cause Suit No.1527 of 2012 and Chamber Summons No.272 of 2015 in Long Cause Suit NO.1530 of 2012. By that orders, learned trial Judge rejected the Chamber Summons for impleading petitioners as party respondents.

After arguing the petitions for quite some time, Mr. Shah seeks permission to withdraw the Petitions. Learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection. In view thereof, on the oral motion made by Mr. Shah, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
