Date : March 12, 2019.
P. C. :
1.
The only relief sought by these petitions is the direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's representations in the light of decision of this Court (Nagpur Bench) in Writ Petition No. 1434 of 2009 and 4094 of 2010. Since the relief sought is innocuous, we deem it convenient to dispose of these petitions by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioners' said representations as patilsr 1 / 2
expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
2.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. While deciding the said representations of the Petitioners, Respondent No. 2 shall take into consideration abovereferred decision of this Court. 3.
Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
