The applicant is challenging order dated 21st October, 2021 rejecting application under section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking direction against the complainant to produce documents listed in the application.

Learned advocate for the complainant states that during pendency of the proceeding, he had furnished documents sought by the applicant. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application.
