The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.575/19 registered with Yerwada Police Station, Pune, under sections 323, 324 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3(1)(n)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SCST Act).

In view of section 14A and 18 of the SCST Act, the application is not maintainable. The learned Counsel for the Nesarikar
