Mr. Prashant Raut, learned counsel prays for time of two weeks on the ground that Mr. S.P. Kadam learned counsel for the Applicant is absent on the count of having personal difficulties. Usually the matter would have been adjourned on such a count however, as the prosecution in paragraph 13 of the say reveals that the charge-sheet has been filed on 19.11.2014 and the evidence of the complainant and three witness is over and next date fixed in the matter is 5.2.2015, it is difficult to accede the prayer for bail at such a delicate stage of trial.

In aforesaid premises the application is disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to disposed of the said case as early as Megha 1 of 2

15_ba_2482_2014.doc possible and in any event by 30-4-2015 saving all just exceptions. Applicant on his part shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. In event the trial being not over by 30.4.2015 liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail. (P.D. KODE, J.) Megha 2 of 2
