The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2-District Election Officer to correct the Voter list of Daund Nagar Parishad. The petition is presented in 2016. In all probabilities, the process of election of Nagar Parishad must be over, and by passage of time, the petition in all probabilities, is rendered infructuous. In the event of occurrence of any cause of action, it would be open for the petitioner to take such steps as may be permissible in law. In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed. [ N.J.
