Heard Mr. Sarogi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yagnik, learned APP for the State.

Mr. Sargoi, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset makes a statement that he will not press the relief claimed in prayer clause (a). He also states that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the concerned Police Station is directed to look into the grievances made in the complaint dated 16.7.2016 annexed to this petition as Exhibit C. 3.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement 1/2

906WP 3833 OF 2016.doc that the allegations made in the said complaint are being looked into. He also submits that the petitioner is at liberty to give supplementary statement. Such statement will be recorded and the appropriate decision will be communicated to the petitioner thereafter. Statement is accepted. 4.
