Engineer, PMRDA dated 21st September, 2018. The authority is at liberty to hear all the concerned parties on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as we find it to be premature. All contentions are kept open.

Needless to mention that designated authority of PMRDA will decide the representation on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.
