The petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to direct their officer concerned to register the offence on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30th September, 2015, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit-A" to the petition. 3.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP, is not in a position to tell the Court whether any action is taken by the concerned police station in respect of the petitioner's complaint.

In the light of the above, we dispose of this petition by directing the Senior Inspector of Juhu Police Station to look into the petitioner's said complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with law, if not, already taken and intimate the petitioner accordingly. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
